Isa Lei Nakavika Village. Farewell to the Madventurer Building Project

The Fijian Farewell Song (Isa Lei), is sung by the villagers of Nakavika (Namosi Province) in there newly renovated Community Hall, funded by Madventurer. (www.madventurer.com)

July 2009 - MAD and its 15 volunteers spent a month living the real fiji life in the village renovating the hall, and the village church and continuing the concrete path around the village (much needed in rainy season!) - as well as learning about the culture, farming, fishing, hiking, bilibili making, and good old fashioned fiji Time.

This is the Final Night - the farewell bash, with speeches, songs, a feast of food, and of course many many mixes of Kava!
