I can't say I'm the biggest fan of the look, but I've been working on grading in AE and PS. I haven't heard of much Linux editing. I thought it distracted from the story, I didn't realise for a while there were two in the "cage" or that one had been replaced and which one that was. Maybe the look and the broken narrative were a bit too much, I don't know.

@0Darkwater0 Try to watch it again and embrace that the colors will be unexpected and that everything that you have been trained to get out of your finished work wil be left in, look into the actors eyes and try to connect. This is Lilith, Adam and Eve. The box is our earthly existence trapped in the Garden of Eden.

@19RyanVoorhies93 Thanks I finally got rid of Final Cut Pro. I edited with a real unstable linux open source editor and instead of trying to "fix" all the issues the learning curve was throwing at me I decided to embrace them.

Ok, I've tried but the colours are too much, there's no balance and not enough contrast to make out definition. It could be that's me, my opinion of when I'm grading "the dirtier it looks. the less I want to watch." But I use adobe cs4 and it works for me. Unfortunatly, the only thing I have posted was a cel shading test which doesn't look as good as it does in HD.
