A moderately-paced Level I class with a theme of adhikara and surrendering to what is not yet known. Very good cuing for alignment. Those who are working on handstand will appreciate the instruction and practice for kicking up against the wall. A good variety of poses, including several twists. It's wonderful to have a complete class on YouTube!
