Lol....I like that metaphor!! I didn't know that the mpc 2500 had direct recording! That's dope! I'm rolling with that for sure!! It's a lot smaller than the 5000, for one. Secondly, It has the basic things that I need...I don't need the synthesizer (5000) b/c I use my soft synths!! So I'm sold!! Well, Keep bangin Bruh and I look forward to your new album! @Vintaje No doubt son...you still got your 2500? I used to have a 2500...I moved through all the MPC's to the 4000...make another video.

@prettdboy yeah, no problem at all. When I was living in Tokyo, I made this beat in-store on the 5000 and that joker froze on the spot...smh. The 2500 has some features that are cool such as ChopShop, Direct Recording, and etc. I have both the 2000xl(Michael Jordan) and the 2500(LeBron James), lol. The mini mbox should work for you especially if you travel alot.

@Vintaje Yeah, youre right about the buggy situation bro!! I've been reading that everywhere EVEN with the 2.0 OS update! If I can hook up my turntable directly to the 2500 (with that adapter) then I think I'm going to roll with the 2500!! I've heard nothing but good things about that so I think thats the one! I'm probably gonna just cop the mbox mini because all of my extra sounds are software plugins (trilian, kontakt etc)! But I think im gonna need one of those midi uno cables tho! Thanks Man

@prettdboy thanks, appreciate it! Last time I checked the 5000 out, it was a bit too buggy for me(they may have fixed it since). The 2500, I love it! It is definitely something serious...especially with a hard drive installed. Tracking out is usually short depending on the tracks and what i plan on doing with them. I have a mbox 2 which is more than enough for what i do now. But all you need is a good daw and an interface and you should be good to go.

Yo, you a cool ass dude! Dope Beat! But yo, I'm about to cop a mpc..either the 2500 or the 5000! I have Maschine but maschine does not have timestretch or pitch shift (Where you can change the pitch w/o changing tempo). Anyways, how is the tracking out process with your mpc? Does it take long? Is there a limit on how many tracks you can track out? (Maschine is really easy in that department so I just wanna know what I'm getting into as far as that goes. Btw, I'm going to be tracking out to logic
