Hung with 2 hands for first time! on real rim, could almost dunk a small ball very frustrating hopefully next week, im increasing

  • hey man is something wrong with my form or something. I can easily grab rim with one hang but can hang. I try with with two hands and its hard to when it comes to RV. I can touch the rime with two hands standing, however

  • Thanks man. Tomorrow I am doing Plyometric workout consisting depth jumps rim jumps, ankle jumps, squat jumps with medicine ball, and box jumps. Short but effective I think. Was your workout similar to this? I do weights another day btw and plyos twice a week

  • man, all those jumps with the small ball is exactly what you have to keep doing to gain vert.

  • @timweezyy maybe you need to just improve explosiveness just do depth jumps jump a lot
