  • @takeyourpilljohnny

Hearns fought Ray Leonard less than 3 months after this fight.Just for recognition.Floyd Mayweather Jr had his Hearns in a fighter named Diego Corrales.

  • Thanks for uploading, have never seen this fight before!Looking through some old copies of The Ring magazinefrom the '80s the other day, seems like there was so much talent in every division back then, big names that were never afraid to fight each other, and didn't use excuses like a broken little toe if they lost either........

  • Hearns set him up for the right hand the whole time.

  • @scalywaguk you insulted him so I wanted to correct you on that. Baez fought Donald Curry and Mark Breland later.

  • california state champion? that is like a regional title you shouldnt get a world title fight with a record like he had and a mickey mouse title

  • @scalywaguk are you california state champion? He was.

  • How the fcuk did Pablo Baez get a title shot at hearns? his record was 50/50 only slightly better than my record and i never even got a midlands title shot....

  • @olddirtypelican Exuse me Sr. I think that hearns heart and hearns right hand were at the same level . he has a huge heart . And from my view , beside he lost to leonard and hagler, he was the best fighter of all four great's (including duran). he was a master in all 3 distances of boxing and was the most exiting fighter of all in the 80's with tyson .It's my opinion , maybe i am wrong .

  • Tommy had skinny legs. I've always felt like that had something to do with his knockoutability.

  • pablo baez is my dad
