great inspirational video! loved it! but...i don't see why we have to bring god into it. i saw the coach as representing passion, inspiration, and drive. and the coach was a human like the kid and that's all we need. we just need passion, inspiration and drive given by another extraodinary human being. why do we need to bring in the supernatural into it? God IS all of us!

I used to think the same, as long as I had PEOPLE and MYSELF that I was good and everything was cool. But Remember.... IT WASN'T YOU who gave you life.... It was God. People are only people and people don't provide the love they give or the passion/inspiration or drive, but it is God who gave us it all. I totally understand where you're coming from,but when people fail us, passion or inspiration don't seem to be gone, remember that God is the one that never fails to stand by our side

It was my human parents and the physical forces of the universe that gave me life. If you want to call that god then go right ahead, I do. But my god is not the type who punishes and expects people to worship him. My god is not that vain. When does god "stand by our side"?

Hey, i totally understand how u think that. You parents didn't give themselves life nor their parents' parents. So do you believe that evil shouldn't be punished? Would your parents not expect you to love them? This is the same way God is. He hates evil, just like most of us do, and He's a Father to us who desires us to love Him. This is why He gave us a choice. I don't know what you've gone through, or why you feel the way you do,but God never did any of it to you. It was human choice and evil

This is my favorite video and every time I see it my heart is over joyed and my eyes fill with tears. What would the world be like if every Christian lived everyday with a DON'T quit, WON'T quit, and CAN'T quit attitude???

About 3wks ago, my mother passed away. I thought that the world was gonna end. My church played this video in my youth group and let me tell u I was encouraged. I felt like I was the 1 doing the death crawl and God was talking 2me...telling me that I had to go on no matter how much it hurt...no matter how much it burns. THank you so much...please keep me in your prayers...

I think this would have made a purer impact if the whole "God" thing hadn't been mentioned at the beginning. For atheists, it already taints the experience from the get go.
