What brand of bubble lamp is that? What is it called?
-
Its hilarious how people say so-and-so can sample like this when they fail to realize this is one TINY feature in one of the most amazingly well built synths in the world.
-
you can do the same thing with native instrument's finger
-
i guess it depends on what you like. I like to use knobs to do that sort of stuff and like to use the DAW just for some effects and midi.
But there is a VST out that has all of the Virus A/B/C controls mapped out and works just like the TI VST
-
kaoss pad 3 can do it.

Perhaps, but a sampler does not create synthesis like an access virus. This is just an added bonus. :P

wow nice job! very innovative! this is true talent, to use instruments in a way that no one else has ever done. I guess people just cant understand that... I was going to buy the Virus KC but after seeing this I decided to go with the Virus TI.

@szs88 Go for either the Ti or the Ti2 - They are so much more useful when you can use it in DAW. In programs like cubase and logic. The older ones can't do that at all.

all of the older virus's can be used in a daw. You need a midi interface to use them but those are cheap. You would just send midi from the DAW out through a midi port into the virus. Then run the virus back into your audio interface. Very simple.

I know you can hook them up via midi. The benefit of the newer virus keyboards is that you can use it as a VST. You can control sounds, change patches, make new sounds with a full monitor vs that little virus screen. All in all, much better than standard midi control.
