Twinbee Taisen Puzzle Dama is the game you are looking for. I couldn't find it in Akihabara, but I don't think it is that uncommon or expensive a game.

The prices amaze me,im planning on going over myself and bringing a massive haul back when i have the money at least,would you say its worth it or does the cost of travel not make it worthwhile?
