Try to break as least as possible and find best driving lines. I've read some people did even 2:01-2:02, so that's not the best, but it was enough :)

If you're struggling, you can try buying better suspension and fiddling with settings or buy mid-RPM turbo and use power limiter to fit restrictions. You should have more torque that way, so little Fiat will accelerate much faster.

my max speed is about 87mph and rolling start at 60mph and i used your suspension settings

@Driiven Those two things in my opinion could have easily been avoided. Number 1, Ignore having the highest car count quality over quantity. 2 , The engine sounds I'm dumbfounded on. They're weak and they need to fire whoever is in charge of the sound division. He or she is a joke.

@mrangryface98 The car isn't all that slow, this race has a regulation on the amount of horsepower permitted (65), which really isn't a lot at all.  That's why this race is such a pain in the ass.
