1. Start the Fire under the Flue/Chimney
2. Build up the Fire and leave for 30-60 minutes
3. Push the Fire/Burning Coals to the back/side of the Oven
4. Slide the Pizza onto a Pizza Peel then slide it off the Peel and onto the Oven floor
5. Use the Pizza Peel to rotate/spin the Pizza as it cooks so that it cooks evenly (2-3 times)
6. Use the Pizza Peel to transfer the Pizza from the oven onto a Chopping Board ready for slicing
