One to Nine (low Alpha) for children with special needs.
Video 2 : from the English Kinder Program.
The music is in the conventional scale but it has been tuned to the C of 528 Hz and has low Alpha binaural beats.

This video and the Kinder program was recently inspired toward development by Elisa's needs, as a way to assist her and other children with special needs. However, the idea and dream for this concept has been in my mind and hart since 2003. I want to thank everybody who has supported my work. Your support is funding this program.

Friends of the family have created a German website to help gain support for Elisa's therapies etc. Elisa has Prader Willi Syndrome and deals with a multitude of physical, neurological, emotional and developmental issues. She suffers also from ADS and has autistic-like traits.

If you feel you can assist, please do.

A MESSAGE FORM A MOTHER REGARDING THE KINDER PROGRAM.

People may have doubts whether handicapped children would accept the headphones. I understand this because when starting with Tomatis Method when my daughter Elisa was 6 years old, I thought this will fail immediately because she will not leave the headphones on. However, it was no problem at all. The headphones must be children-sized headphones, so that they do not fall off or hurt the head or apply any pressure on the head. Most important, remember that binaural beats require a much different approach to the Tomatis Method.

Elisa now simply takes the headphones when listening to the music (I made a CD out of the MP3 binaural beats Alpha music). Elisa now puts it into her CD player and puts the headphones herself. NO PROBLEM AT ALL. This is what I also hear about Jacob and Valerie, from the parents the other children taking part in this initial trial of the German Kinder Program.

In Germany we have a classification of handicaps which goes from 1 to 3, with 3 being the most severe handicap classification. Elisa has a handicap classification 2 as she can still move. As she can move, she could remove the headphones and resist to it. However Elisa have developed a willingness toward the audio.

As well as children size headphones. The cable for them must be much longer than normal headphones (up to seven-eight meters) and of course somehow attached so that no harm will occur. The children must have the right and possibility to move without immediately destroying the CD or MP3 player or the possibility of getting themselves tangled. In the beginning it is good to sit with them as the are listening to the music. You will also need to have some initial monitoring when they first start watching the video and always make sure the volume is soft.

Remember the main aspect of the program is the music therapy alone.
When you start with the binaural beats audio that takes a longer time to monitor them.
Also, the children should be animated to do things, play or so - so they need space to move and the longer cables are a must. They certainly will not sit and meditate. This is play with Alpha brainwave entrainment. What we want is joy, playful action and movement, along with the Alpha brain entrainment That is the key to program as directed by Jandy.

As Elisa's mother, my feeling is that she really is getting better, not just with cognitive things, but also behavior and motor skills also. I AM SO Happy!!! and grateful!

Thank you and all the best to you !!!!!

Ulli

  • cool key drop at 9.

  • @hypnamog Thank You :)

  • Jezebel, do you do the stop animations yourself?

  • @davidhayter26 I work on the animations with a photographer. Then I did the photographic editing & FX in Photo-Shop & FX myself.

  • jezebel.......... my 18 month old granddaughter, who does not have any special needs, loves these video's..........she sits on my lap and we watch it....when its done she says "more"....actually she says "moe", but i get the drift. Besides special needs, i wonder if these could be arranged for accelerated learning???

    thanks a bunch

  • @anolmec Ye,s these videos would also be useful for 18 month to 4 year olds but not with the Headphones. I have also done versions of for general

2 to 4 year olds as I am hoping a few sales of them will support my other work for children with special needs.

But, I have to work on a few things first & then the web page for the Kinder Program.

Thank you so much for your feedback :-)
