To all you fools who keep saying waste of money and wannbe police men have clearly not even watched the film. THey are there to free traffic police up to do other things. Or do you just get off on making stupid statements and seeing your comments on the net?

No experience ? Most of the people who are traffic officers are ex army or retired firemen/police. 1500 people applied for my job. As for picking up crisp packets most of our work is dealing with accidents, sometimes fatalities. With Police cutbacks we are normally first on scene.

Everything is a waste of tax payers money according to the public... I think they do a good job, and police officers shouldn't have to spend their time attending breakdowns and minor blockages in the carriageway. I would like to see more traffic cops out and about though.

really pissed off by that cop programme where a paki squirmed out of being nicked for using a mobile while driving by hiding his mobile in his cab and the useless cops couldent find it even though they saw him at point blank range. they should have searched until there was nothing left of the cab and charged him with the mobile offence and perverting the course of justice. PAKIS ARE LAUGHING AT THE HIGHWAY CODE.
