I feel like I don't really have time to make videos any more, so I went the easy way and just took a clip of a practice session. I was just trying to have fun and flow in this one, so it is far from perfect.

@shadowbuster Those weren't palm iso's, they were more like butterflies. Instead of doing a butterfly to a cradle, then a transfer to the palm and repeating instead try to do the butterfly over your index finger the cradle, then do a transfer to the palm and repeat!
