UPDATE: I looked for the phrase in the legislation, but only scanned it. I think it's overpayments that are assesed. i.e. if you collect more than was paid in it's assessed. END UPDATE

Your social security benefits are not benefits. Any payouts you receive from social security will be deducted from your estate when you die.

Your social security benefit is actually a LOAN to you payable on your death.

  • Yes, I agree. You can only find the solution for yourself. The sheep shall maybe look up, but not today...lol

  • The social security benefit is $255.00 upon death certificate confirmation. How is that a loan stop lying to people. The 1099 from the IRS and the Strawman has nothing to do with the death benefit you need to read and study. STOP LYING

  • @sexcicarmel4lyfe

A: It's related to A4V. A4V is based on Social Security

B: I may be in error, but calling me a liar without presenting evidence (title, section, subsection, etc..) is the act of a debtor. Even with evidence, the creditor approach is to ask if I'm "mistaken" as opposed to calling me a liar.

C: The section on over payments seems to be about overpayments of benefits. I may have read it wrong (double-check pending), I may not have. The original econ sec act 1933 is clearer.

  • The man in the picture is that gordon hall?

  • @blackyukon2001 lol, nope, it's me!

  • so..I have a question..is it best to collect your social security now...what about the future of your children...? I'm just ur average skeptic jus seeking and reasonable answer

  • @d22dvibe4u Still researching this. I may have been mistaken, but look at what pmcduff wrote (above) about her experience with medicaid...

  • @sexcicarmel4lyfe wrong. I was in the position of having to be the executor of someone and you do not know the truth. you have only what is on the surface

  • This is the most alarming thing I've seen among other government dirt!

  • Thanks for posting this video of the messed up Social Security system. I have been fighting SS since 1999 and cannot get it yet all the time here in Oregon I see people that are not even disabled physically and get around better than me and are getting huge checks and more than one check and do not use a cane or anything. I met a lady on a bus here in Oregon that hopped off and was not disabled and was getting 5 checks. You will get caught lady in Corneilus that I met in December.

  • Okay, how about this? Your estate has to pay back what you received that you weren't alive to use. Since you get paid in advance, if you die before the end of the month, then you received more than you used, since you weren't alive to use it and the SS wants back the pro-rated amount that you weren't able to use because of your death from your estate.

  • for years we being saying the system is bullshit fight the power but the gov used Whites against Blacks , Men against women and stealing it all

  • @xmenrus

Ain't it funny how history always repeats itself, but it's the same players at the top of the Pyramid always. We need to unite as a people and throw these criminals out of office. Recover our bail out money and let the banks fail. If I was in business they would never give me a bail out but we have to bail out the same people who foreclose on people who can't pay their mortgage.

  • @xmenrus Correction: "In England they let go half a million govenrment empoyees."

  • @Nosam09 Yes, I agree, but Europe is bankrupt; the people are out in the streets. In England they let for half a million govenrment empoyees, old people are riding buses at night to stay warm because they can't afford coal or fuel oil to warm their homes. We just foound out the Fed. Reserve bank has sent the eruopean banks $13 trillion but it's not stopping the slide. It will come to roost in 2011 to the US. The crash of 1929 wasn't recognized as a world depression until 1933.
