Flood gameplay concepts

This is the game I am working on at the moment, written in blitz max. This video shows some of the gameplay concepts I will employ although I am not entirely sure of what it will turn out to be at this point. This also shows a ton of eye candy I added today... smoke trails, more intense lava, glowing coins that kinda look like rockets coming at you etc.

@natethegreatBlitzMax never push things to far... however, upgrades are always nice ^^

also, i would suggest adding in a water guage... otherwise, looks nice! oh, and better map drawing, lol

You should make it so that the ship has to dodge the lava monsters attacks, otherwise it's just a matter of holding the water shoot button down.

Looks really cool though. :P
