thats true guys i no u posted this a year ago but zac didnt start singing til hsm2 drew is zacs vocie maybe not when talking but ya and i think its wrong that ppl are in love w/ him cuz he sings when drew helped start him carear but ya thats true

people at concerts most of the time never do sing : they dub it with the sound track.

because Zac cannot sing. Drew Seely was Zac's dub for the whole movie when it came to the music. That's why Drew is covering for Zac.

Zac Efron's singing voice was that of composer Drew Seeley, who was also considered for the role. Seeley sang the entirety of "Get'cha Head in the Game" as well as composing it. He also sang the Reprise of "What I've Been Looking For". Efron only truly sings the first four sentences of "Start of Something New", the first sentence of "Breaking Free", and during the scene on the balcony.
