Derby Hot Shots 2009 *Read Description*

*Please watch in HD. It looks way better* Every year, 20 horses go to Churchill Downs for the Kentucky Derby on the first Saturday in May. But out of the 20, 5 or so have really strike the hearts of the public. These are the hot-shots, rolling into the Derby with big fan followings and exciting story lines. Well luckily for us racing fans, the 2009 Derby seems to have more than just 5 hot-shots, we have more like 10! I decided to make a promo about some of the biggest hot-shots on this year's Derby trail. Enjoy!
By the way, I wanted to include Old Fashioned and Friesan Fire but couldn't find all the clips I needed. Just saying. Don't get mad they're not in here because I like both of them alot!

It's called 'Controlling Transmission' and it's from an old video game called Killer Instinct. I have a couple of Killer Instinct songs downloaded for future videos of mine too :)

Awesome! It would be such a shame if Dunkirk doesn't make the field, what a monster. I hope Prado gets back on him though....

I hope Dunkirk makes it too. I'd say Prado will be back with him, because Gomez will probably stay with Pioneer. But if Dunkirk gets shut out at the Derby, watch out for him in the Preakness!

I actually just read that Prado will be on Square Eddie in the lexington stakes, I wonder who he'd choose (making the assumption that SE will be superior to the other horses even off a layoff)

Their are some really strong horses in there like I Want Ravenge and Quality Road (my two favorites). Then there are the horses that you have doubts about, like Pioneerof the Nile (for me, anyways)...these types kinda make you think, "well gosh, SOMEONE had to win the race, and I guess it just happened to be them."
