How do you make that glow effect around the moon and eye o.o I been trying to figure it out but no luck D:

@truecountrygal I just use an airbrush on a new layer and lower the opacity. With the moon I also set the layer mode to luminosity to make what the moonlight touches seem brighter rather than just whiter. That's how I do it in Paint Tool SAI anyway.
