  • He got a very great exit in Madrid with a impressionant number of bis, one Wagner's Wintersturme.

  • I think you meant success...

  • @juan lleras Of course you are right l mixed a bad mixed spanish expression, poor Ben, Exit, not Big success.

Funny It was easier y to use French. many thanks Joana.

  • @joanabanyeres l meant SUCCESS ,not exit, terrible mistake, thanks for helping .

  • ..and so difficult to sing an aria like this for a heavy voice like his one.. Great Ben..

I'd love to follow a masterclass with him..

  • his masterclasses might be something eternally special. l envy you if you can assist.

  • Mr Heppner sings with a lyric vocal approach which is what singing is all about. If the rest of the opera world would listen, they may learn something.

  • My favourite Aria and he sings it best!

  • Hepner does not get the credit he deserves. Perhaps, after he is gone. The guy is just amazing.

  • @donjoselafleur hallo!!!the truth is that mister Ben Hepner is really a big talent and great singer!!!

  • Sounds like a mixture of other great singers which tells me his technique is great. I hear some Bjoerling in his voice. Sorry if I misspelled the great singer's name. Awesome talent for many years and no signs of wear and tear.

  • But this is incredible! I say it again:INCREDIBLE! If this guy isn't extremely musical, you can kick my ass. Small wonder he was the first singer ever to receive a prize named after an obscure soprano - the 'Birgit Nilsson' award, who is she btw...

  • El mejor tenor para esta opera, sin duda. Voz calida, timbre brillante y dulce, seguro, musical..

  • Absolutely wonderful, I have listened to Placido and Rolando but Ben is BEST

  • best that I have ever heard Ben-and that is really saying something! Bravo! TY.
