World of Warcraft - Using Gatherer and How it works

How does it work? How do I use it? (Enable Annotations, This will help alot)

What is Gatherer?

It records where you have previously mined / herbed - In my case, Mined.
This also tracks where you have captured chests.

Whats the point in it?

Well, You know where mines are! And you it will work out what it drops and on average. So , with some thought you can get the best out of flying around and picking the right mines if you don't have a long period of time.

You can also share with other people. By Character-Character (If they have it) And auto (Which can be disabled) with Guild.
This can be useful if you mine on your main and your alt!

does it tell you when they spawn or just that they have been there i downloaded it but its just placing an icon on the map of where it was? or is that all it does?

@Slash540 if u go to ur program files and find World of Warcraft folder click it and find WoW Launcher.exe... that will be ur launcher(be sure to,if u create a shortcut, dont take it out of the original folder)
