Reflection - Chapter 5 (Joe Jonas Love Story)

Jesse: ShhhShhh. Babe Please dont cry He pulled me closer and tucked my head under his chin. We were on the roof of his house, it was 1:00 in the morning and I was pouring my heart out to him.
Liana: Why? Jesse. What did I ever do to them? Why cant they just leave me alone? I cried into his shirt.
Jesse: because they are like that babe. I hugged him tighter.
Liana: Joe
Jesse: I know we are both disappointed. He looked into my eyes and the thing is he had really nice eyes; actually all of him was nice. At one point in time I thought I liked him but now I knew that he we were just friends and I liked it that way. I had no need to hold anything in when I was with him no need to stay strong. He was my very own wonder wall. (*LOL*)
Liana: I miss mom and dad. A lot. I smiled at the stars, they used to always say that they would watch over me even if they were not there.
Jesse: Liana, we all miss them. But if you have to be strong, you cant let that biotch get to you. Look at me, Im gay and made fun of everyday. I mean look at what Joe said to me, thank god you were there I would have literally cried otherwise. He always tried to make me smile, I saw the look in his eyes and knew it was my turn.
Liana: Jess, being gay is nothing to be ashamed of. I am actually so happy you are I mean come on, I would be a walking talking fashion disaster if you werent there when I went shopping. He burst out laughing
Jesse: No lie there I punched him
Liana: Come on we better go in. We watched the stars for a bit longer then started to climb down.

Normal POV:

Liana walked into the room and cuddled in her covers. She bent down under the bed and pulled out a black palm-sized oval with intricate gold patterns of flowers snaking around it. She pinched the lid and waited for it to pop open, revealing three figures meant to be her family. She heard the tune of the song that echoed out of the oval, instantly her feelings of depression were slowly lifted as the melody echoed through her. She listened and started to hum along. After a while she closed the music box and placed it back under the bed. It had been a gift from her parents for her 12th birthday, she held it close to her, because every time the song started to play she could see them. Even though they werent there she felt them beside her and when that happened her world seemed to glow. It gave her strength and courage to go on.
Liana: This is not time for me to give up I will go oneven if I fall. Even though the words fell out of her mouth like water deep down she was wondering if when she falls if someone would be there to pick her up
