A comedy with Ugo Tagnazzi about landlord siblings conniving to throw out their tenants for a lucrative condominium deal.
Ennio continues his samba work with what must be an early Moog synthesizer bringing in cooler textures.

This joyful piece by the Great Master is NOT from 1971's "The Cat O'Nine Tails" but was written for another film called "Il Gatto" ('The Cat') which came out around 1977.
