Thank you for posting and answer because though i live in Moscow and he lives here too i never heard him alive yet.. and can't find where and when he sings. I found ensemble Doros but here on YouTube they sings mostly without this soloist.

@muuha14 yes he is!, just the same tall, thin guy, he has an amazing voice, and btw the name of the song is Совет превечный (eternal counsel) by Pavel Chesnokov, cheers!
