listen assholes. he didnt MEAN to kill anyone. drinking and driving is a common crime. it happens all the time. in this case, people got killed. but just because people got killed, doesnt mean that moroso is a worse guy than other drinkers and drivers. people make mistakes. shit happens. get over it.

The real tragedy was that of Tammy Williams, a 27 year old mother of two children who was innocently driving home from work. She wasnt exceeding the speed limit by 40 MPH, nor did she have a 0.22 blood alcohol level. Two kids 8 and 7 years old at the time had to grow up without their mother.

He had a lot of talent, but I think his problem was that he never really had it tough...not that it was all handed to him, but it seems like he took his early success for granted. He wasn't really wild, but he made a big mistake in judgement that fall and paid the ultimate price, and took another life as well.
He was sort of the first of the "new breed" drivers, who started out in top equipment, without having to race 3rd rate stuff for a few years until proving himself to a top car owner...
