  • I do love Kermit the Frog- and yes, a big muppet's fan :P (from having 3 kids) I think Kermit is a great pet/animal name and SHE happens to be green too ;) We just found out this past summer that Kermee is a girl- she laid a clutch of 3 eggs!! haha

  • yes, it's not hard to teach, but it's such a great thing for them to be able to do- cuts way down on clean up!! :)

  • Oh, well, when he tells me! :P I can tell when he has to go- he plays in a drawer and when he comes out he has to go- LOL! He never poops in his drawer! If he's been sitting on his stand for a while I just take him, if he's been sitting on my shoulder and moves out from my neck I know he has to go. He will pace his playstand or get down and walk over to me- once in a while he'll just say "Shit"! LOL! I did NOT teach him to say that BTW!

  • Thanks! He CAN fly, but doesn't like too- LOL! He likes to climb and walk :P I'd be afraid of him falling in anyway! He will go anywhere I tell him too. Like when we're in the car I have a paper towel behind the seat and every once in a while I hold him over it and tell him to go and he does :) But you can train a bird to go in a certain place if you'd like, it's up to you, but you can't do both though- either on command OR in a certain place. The command works for us.

  • I wish it took me only a second too haha

  • My six months old hahns Choco does it in the cage, when i play with him he flys back to the cage to do his business and then comes back to me.. Its amazing!!!! I only clap my hands when he poo's in the cage and he takes it as a reward. It makes my life so much easier not having to check my shoulder every five minutes. =]

    All the best
