I thought it was because Ichigo bares a small resemblence to Kaien Shiba who was the liuetenant of Ukitake's squad

What a guy, I mean who wouldn't want to look up Yuzu's skirt, even if it is his own daughter? Nice hairless pussies are the best, taste like sauteed turkey with a pinch of lime and a dash of honey. Yummy!

hmmm. you just might be on to something there Kimbley. That would also explain why he has NOT appeared yet in any fight, because nothing has directly threatened the king yet (the portal not being open yet/if)
