sick dude iv been kind of a half assed lucid dreamer..banging chicks and such but now i get to go hardd and be a full flegged lucid dreamer

my reality check didnt didn't work for me in my dream. it was the first time ive I've ever actually done one in a dream but it didnt didn't work. i do the one where you poke your hand with the other finger to see if it will go through but it didnt didn't. i I tried several times and afterwards even looked at my hands. everything was normal. any suggestions to fix this problem?

Part 2 sorry and only dreamt that my vison was just the colour beige and a slight thing in the bottom corner representative of being a pocket on a snooker table it was odd is this a wake induced lucid dream?

I had a dream last night where I where everyone is yellow apart from when you're in a building looking out I noticed my heads were yellow and this was a variant on an old dream I remembered there was a air rifle on the floor under a cushion which wasn't in the other dream I also woke up twice before thi ps pp

I've always just used sleep paralysis in the past as my gateway into the dream world. I'm interested to know if you've ever experienced SP and if you use it too? If so, are LDs induced through SP stronger out weaker on your opinion?

i've had lucid dreams a couple of times in my life. i once dreamed i was alone in a buss, sitting in a passenger seat, driving the buss. that was really strange, so that was when i realized i was in a dream. I didnt know anything about lucid dreaming, and i really did not feel comfortable with it, so i tried to hit my head several times to wake up, and suddenly i did; and i regret trying to wake up as soon as i did.

I've been trying to dream for about 3-4 months now and i've written all my dreams down in a dream journal, done realitly checks everyso often etc, but nothing has happened. Not only that but I can't spot any dream signs in the dreams I've recordered. I don''t want to use previous dreams that I remember incase I get some part if it wrong.Do you have any adive/comments etc? I could really use your expertese right now :)
