This is another review of the Littermaid Elite automatic litter box. It's been a couple of months now, and I'm starting to see a few minor problems with it. I show those problems in this video, and you will see that they are easy enough to work your way around. I still recomend this unit, and it is the best automatic litter box I've tried so far.

Always remember that this is not a set and forget unit; none of them are.

  • @BeanMeister22 you know its now a very rare thing to pull off a first comment, and if I get the chance I dive at it

  • @edenbainbridge I just put the links in the description, the privacy tent looks a lot better than the kitty kabana.

  • @edenbainbridge They do make a couple different tops for them, but they are soft tops like tents. I'll put links in the description of this video, to 2 different types of tops.

  • peanut is such a ham :)

lazy lady question do those come with a top? i am very interested in getting an automatic litter box but crash likes to dig around the box so i need protection for it :)

  • @leokimvideo I'm never first :)

  • @WORRO01 That's a good idea. It kinda sucks that between a $320 litter box, and a $180 litter box, I can't count on them working properly for me to go away for a couple of days without having someone come in and check on my cats. Maybe it's just a secret plan by my cats, because they don't want me to go :)

  • You know what IM kinda thinking Jim? I would go in there with a pair of dikes or some cutting tool, and clip every other pin thats hanging down, when it rakes it SHOULD still pick up the litter, and POSSIBLY not as much of the product thats stuck to it, that should help on saving product, smaller lumps, and easy the problem at the door so it can fully close. Just a thought. Thumbs up buddy~~John
