Ga. Officer Shoots Mother, Daughter to Death

Authorities say an officer who fatally shot an elderly woman and her daughter at a suburban Atlanta home was not aware when she was sent to the scene that the younger woman had said she wanted police to kill her. (July 22)

@exacerbatedtaboo There is a different between whether or not someone is really a threat or just trying to use police as suicide. Lethal force is supposed to be used as defense, if there isn't one, it shouldn't be used. Yes I know your post is hella old..
