Where's the mike? It's obvious when someone is lip-syncing. Also, notice that they prefer long shots, which they don't do when someone is really into the performance.

I would like to think that this is dedicated to Jennifer Jones, who portrayed Bernadette so beautifully in the film, and who just passed away. She well deserved the Oscar she got for the role.
