Salute to Marine Vietnam Veterans

I was inspired to make this vid when my dad told me the story behind this song. It talks about the Marines in the Vietnam War and that they are like brothers. I love this song and so I made the vid to the song.

I rarely watch this type of video, preferring to leave my memories of that time lost in the corners of my mind. But something egged at me to watch this one. I can't begin to explain why, but I knew I had to watch it. Not far into this clip, I was shocked at seeing myself and my old squad. It hurt, flooding me with emotions and pain I hadn't felt in years. And the sweet memory of brothers, all gone now but for me.

I served as a corpsman with H 2/7 1st Mar Div 67 68. Vietnam is whear I learned to distrust the government of the U.S. The troops who served were betrayed by the pull out, But the people of vietnam had the worst of it. We lost our last chance to crush comunisim. I think we have become a nation of candy assed pussys. Thanks for the tribute live in peace and don't trust the government.
