Wrong, check the Oil cooldown on the bottom right part of the screen, it was on cooldown when panda first appeared, i used it as soon as it was avaible again.

lol is this supposed to be impressive. Was expecting some nice play (Nuts!), but it's just rockets and autoattacks at close range.

I used all the skills chipper has in the clip, what did you expected? I used a lot of rockets, the ulti, the magic shield on pudge, and the black oil twice.

About the close range, if they come to me, why should i go far to aim rockets?
