They give free ship wash? That ship indeed looked a bit dirty, the crew as well, and I only assume it is becomes pretty damn hot during the day . A nice gesture from the Israeli navy I will say.

If you think this is an attack of any kind youre very wrong. This is called warning shots because they are across the bow rather than at the ship. If this is happening then the ship in question isn't responding or is maneuvering in a way the Navy vessel doesn't like. If you come across a ship with 50 cals on the front, you're an idiot not to listen to their commands.
