It seems the original M.P. Belaieff nr. 202 is out of print.
The bass part in solo tuning was made by Vaughan Schlepp Ortelius Publishing in Amsterdam. If all interested can contribute €15,- a complete new edition for solo and orchestra tuning can be made.

It's a cello piece, so don't bother searching under bass music. I found it online somewhere, but for the life of me I cannot remember where. But it is out there!

This is one of those occasions when both instruments are of equal stature in both music & performance. This is one recording I will enjoy watching time & time again. The artists perform with eloquence & dignity. I have nothing but the highest praise for this video. I have not only added it to my favorites, but have subscribed to the channel.
Bravo!
