My personal record for a handstand - 47 Seconds

For some reason I cant post comments on this video as of now...Below was a responce to LaoBoyTrickz

This way is easier than str8 legs imo but just alot of practice...
Tips:
- Practice by a wall at first, you can tap it with your feet to catch your balance if you fall forward
- Learn to fall forward properly, breaks any fear of it
- Wall pushups are great for strength and endurance in handstands
- Balance comes from hands, push down hard with fingers if you fall forward, push on palm and lean legs a little forward if you fall back to starting position

  • man can you help me out on that.. my handstands suck because I either fall back or I start walking :S

  • if you dont wanna walk just push hard on your fingertips...walking feels so weird for me lol...

  • dang how long it take you to do that, cuz everytime i try i fall back, i hold for like 5 sec
