Proactive Update Part 1

Turns out I was using the wrong formula for 2 yrs,and it just started to bother me (itching,flaky skin) Proactive took care of me and refunded me for the unused kits and sent me a free gentle solution kit.Stay tuned for my progress using this regimine.

i bought some and when i put it on my face and it would burn. but when i put clean&clear acne gel it would work and it was benzil peroxide. but proactive still sent me stuff when i canceled

I tried clean & clear and it burned my face and made my jaw itch and peel so I called them and they refunded my money.Some products have higher amounts of ingredients so clean and clear may have less benzoyl peroxide .Everyones skin is different what bothers you may not bother me,but glad you found a product that works

hey, i ordered the gentle formula and it was on backorder. so they send me the travel size for free. anyways they didn't include the night lotion and i was wondering if there was a difference between the night and day lotions.

I haven"t looked at the ingrediants so I'm not sure what the diff is,sorry,I would suggest you check their site it"s sure to be on there.

I just called to get mine, too! The other one was ok at first (reaction-wise) but it was weird. .. It gave me awesome skin sometimes, but made me break out more eventually. I only have occasional break outs.

I stopped for a bit and tried it again and I got red, blotchy, and itchy skin! I just called to see if they could hook me up with the gentle formula. Hopefully it works well!

iT WORKED AWSOME FOR ME WHEN i FIRST STARTED USING IT i HAD SMOOTH CLEAR GLOWING SKIN,THEN i HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS YOU DESCRIBED WHEN i STOPPED USING IT FOR A MNTH AND STARTED BACK UP .eVER SINCE i HAVE USED THE GENTLE FORMULA NO PROBLEMS SO FAR.

i just started using proactive like a month ago and that's been happening to me too but i thought it was just my skin trying to get use to it.

The night formula contains retinol and botanicals to help your skin repair while you sleep.

It also contains 1% salicylic acid while the day lotion contains 2% salicylic acid

omg, that same thing happening to me right now, its really bad. i hope they let me get the sensitive formula. and i hope it works.
