If you educate people that'll lower administration costs by not needing as many people working to answer questions like these. Less people need to be trained on a LOT of information so it'll lower costs on printing and LARGE binders of information. trust me... I'm being trained to help answer questions like these :)

Having more people understand what these topics are will help those that also need more specialized help get that help, faster.
