Gates 911 Caller Didn't Think Police Acted Stupidly: Lawyer

The attorney representing Lucia Whalen, who made the 911 call that led to the arrest of Professor Henry Louis Gates, tells Greta Van Susteren the fact that people suggested Whalen reported seeing "two black men" is "utterly ridiculous," because Whalen "couldn't tell their race," Wendy Murphy says. "She had no idea."

Murphy also says of Whalen's thoughts on the Cambridge cops: "She does not believe the police acted inappropriately... There was only one person she heard screaming, and that was Professor Gates."

Greta actually opens the segment by announcing that Gates, Sgt. James Crowley and President Obama will meet at the White House on Thursday at 6 PM ET for a little "brewski diplomacy."

Professor Gates looks like a person that has "twisted personal racial beliefs" and is in need of a psychiatric evaluation and therapy. I think Barack Obama was "arrested" that day for encouraging the public to pursue violent conduct because the USA Government knew since the 911 attacks that Osama [Bin] Laden was going to hide in a compound with a "large triangular wall" and nobody needs to get "Amelia Earhart" to fly again her "Lockheed Martin airplane" to discover something so stupid.

the caller did the right thing, i believe the cop did not, crowley lied in his police eport and said that the caller said two black men with backpacks....listen to the 911 call she said she doesnt know what race the men are, and she said one looks hispanic and they may live there because they have suitcases....so Crowley led in his report and number two, he DA dropped the charge so it was obviously not a good arrest..the man lives there period. even if he yelled at Crowley he could have just
