@ToniTheMink (con) It is a far away shot, but you can clearly see her holding onto his arm. I did with for more moments like in NEXT, but i understood that they are such close friends now that those types are moments are some what behind them. We did get to see Zel freaking out about her a couple of times in Evo-R though! That was awesome.

@ToniTheMink i know yourr comment is a year old, but I wanted to say that there are actually a lot of ZxA moments in the new season. They aren't as big as in NEXT.. but I think that is because they have become very close. About as close as Lina and Gourry are. The animators always drew then close to each other. They always stick together. In Rev episode 3, Zel his arm around Amelia in the boat. In Evo-R episode 5, Amelia is seen holding onto Zel's arm as they walk through the tower.
