had early vhs recorded, don't have the videos now mind you but... collect the DVD sets now, lol;
yeah and it seems that he was in the same scene/outfit (WON'T forget the tight pants, "open" shirt baring his chest/chest hair, OMG here), when he was dancing to the EWF song, unless I was dreaming lol, could be... my adolescent days so... lol. I think this was my FAV episode, I played that dancing scene with Ponch "strutting his stuff" OVER and OVER and OVER again, LOL... geez!

OMG I was such a HUGE Erik Estrada "Ponch"/CHiPs fan, didn't miss an episode! and him and Larry Wilcox (MOSTLY Erik, my crush...) COVERED my bedroom walls back in the day, am now 44, lol...
this was ONE of my MOST FAV vids, I recorded all the shows back then, now have them on DVD seasons, and Ponch looked SO SO HOT in this episode... but I seem to remember him also dancing disco to "September" by Earth Wind and Fire? does anyone else remember that, was VERY VERY HOT! man could he dance!

you were def lucky to have a beta or early vhs recorder back then to grab all this stuff. how i wish i did!
i remember a ton of episodes, but i dont remember the episode with ponch dancing to EWF's "september" though.
