Chuki shows you how to cook a traditional Tibetan soup called Tanduk.

Before you start cooking here are a few things you need:
Flour, cooking oil, Soya Sauce, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Red Onions, Spring Onions, Tomatoes, Radish, a small potato, green bell peppers and carrots.
