One of the great rock albums of the 80's....John Sykes is definitely one of the under-rated guitarists.....check out some of his live performances, unbelievable.

I remember this very well, I had just turned 11 when this record was released. My uncle, who always showed me the best rock, told me this album was truly special. He was right, I loved the hell out of "Whitesnake", and still do to this day.

This imo is one of the best rock albums of the 80's easily, and Crying in the Rain starts it off perfectly!
