Dexter Morgan Inspired Nails

A Halloween nail art tutorial inspired by, in my opinion, one of the best shows on TV right now. Dexter is fun and suspenseful all season long but during Halloween, I think it's a great occasion to show some support. Even if you aren't a DEXTER fan you can skip the writing and stick to the blood spatter concept. :) Hope you have fun, because... "Tonight's the night..." :D
