The folk song "Swanee River (Old Folks at Home)" by S. C. Foster (which is Florida's official State Song) has inspired many boogie pianists (including Albert Ammons and Pete Johnson) to make a boogie version of this song. I've always been captivatd by Axel Zwingenberger's version of it, and this is my tribute to him ...

That's intentional - I like it! Got to run to the piano to test it out! Isn't boogie woogie about improvisation? Without that, Ammons wouldn't have started this whole Swanee thing. The left hand he's playing can be turned modified to just about any combination. C chord, F chord, G chord and back to first base. Fun!!

The left hand is not off. It's perfect. Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach.

Very good
Left hand sounds off though- it should be major third, not minor third. apart from that, great
