Nice idea, maybe useful in some cases, but the effect of Pigs blood on muslims is not as drastic as that. It just means that they have to wash themselves 10 times likewise anything else that has been 'contaminated', or else it can be burned.
Same applies to any blood, shit, urine or alcohol (you could more easily & cheaply spray them with cheap, low strength beer).
Muslims are also as averse to dogs as they are to pigs.

BWAHAHA!! This guy gets a thumbs up for having the testicles to put this out there. "PIGS BLOOD" "Let's get on with it" LOLOL! He wouldn't do it, that is clear. He is not going to do it, but SOMEBODY might get the idea. Someone ELSE might just be bold enough to use good old fashioned "PIGS BLOOD" at the planned Ground Zero Mega Mosque site, AND, to get the "Muslim out of the White House" This is classic.. Entertaining, and hopefully inspiring to that "SOMEBODY" who might carry it out.
