I'd zero that snap if I was judging. The aircraft should noticeably pitch up as you load up the wing before it commences autorotation.

I just tried to "snap roll" today on my UM T-28 and didn't come out like that. I did exactly what you showed on here and it came out sloppy :(

In real life, on some planes, the prettiest snap rolls are performed with only rudder and elevator, no aileron. Especially true on heavier fuel planes.

Let's see your SIMULATOR video.
All airframes react differently.
This however is a simulator which is slightly different than real flight but it does train you the basic inputs.
