weird cable access sports show with hilarious singer

i watched this entire show, in my grandmother's house in connecticut. it was on cable access. it was really, indescribable. sorry for the poor quality, i had only split seconds to record this amazingly strange program. the rest of the show was a sports program. boston / new england accents galore!
