I wish i looked like that 7 months after giving birth to my 9lb 6oz child! You look awesome to begin with but many props for putting in the hard work!

What... that is just one week!? wow! Well I just started using it... I was slackin for a few months, n I'm on day 2... it's definitely a good work out... I felt sore like when I'd spend 1-2 hours at the gym. It can definitely make a great difference if u really get into it and don't take breaks.... cuz it looks easy but isn't if you've been slackin for a few months like I was! Good luck to everyone who does this! ;D

@cdnheyworth There is nothing wrong with working out even if you have a small frame. Skinny people don't need to sit around on the couch eating potato chips...
