After having a baby 7 months ago its time to get in shape. I've decided to start with Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred DVD. I hope to take pics at the end of each week and include a video with progress. I've always been slender but have never really worked to have defined abs. My goal is to finally have definition in my midsection mainly, everything else is bonus :)

  • What... that is just one week!? wow! Well I just started using it... I was slackin for a few months, n I'm on day 2... it's definitely a good work out... I felt sore like when I'd spend 1-2 hours at the gym. It can definitely make a great difference if u really get into it and don't take breaks.... cuz it looks easy but isn't if you've been slackin for a few months like I was! Good luck to everyone who does this! ;D
