shows how much you know,. FEMA or the Federal Emergency Management Agency is in charge of preparing for and responding to disasters within the US when a state of emergency is not in place. I had to look up the statement about Obama and Katrina and theres NOTHING syaing he was there. Oh and that oil spill response was nearly perfect too wasnt it?

@TRuTube22 ACTUALLY the only thing he had to do was make a call, and he didnt until his vacation was done. While Obama was at Katrina helping out within acouple of hours, Bush didnt do shit. We have all seen the photos of him on the golf course. Ignorance is bliss.

@OMGCREATE ACTUALLY the only way that he could have sent support like the national guard was for the governor of Louisiana to declare his state in a state of emergency, which the governor didnt do in the first 24 hours. After that Bush told him, listen, declare a state of emergency right now to which the governor said give me 24 hours, hence the 2 day lapse in help. You wouldnt know that would you, you're too busy being ignorant to actually get how the system works. Knowledge is power.

@OMGCREATE well...his book is making more cash than clintons book, obviously some people...id be willing to bet u wouldnt know ANYTHING about the decisions he had to make and the problems he ran into making them i.e. katrina for one point.
